Teaching, research, science, and genetics… they all go together; they all rely on one another. Teaching leads to knowledge gained and earned, and that knowledge allows people to develop and question what they know and live. Those questions lead to research which lead to new scientific discoveries, perhaps in the field of genetics. It takes one effective teacher to spark a lifetime of learning and discovery, so imagine what an institution full of effective teachers could provide.
